8 rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest):
jump squats with dumbbells (15lb)

8 rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest):
push-ups (explosive push-ups for first 3 rounds)

8 rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest):
body row (with feet on box for first 2 rounds)

finisher — 3 rounds:
hanging leg raise (10x)

Notes & Thoughts:

Diana called this style “Tabata” (20-second on, 10-second off). I should read more about that. This looks like a good intro to Tabata training.
