Warmup

stretch, 20 leg raises, 5 runs up and down track

Workout

assisted pull-ups (15x) / decline push-ups (20x), 3 sets

All of the following in a rough alternating and overlapping order: TRX rows (15x, 3 sets) / push-ups (20x, 2 sets) / dumbbell press (25/20 lbs, 15x, 4 sets) / dumbbell lateral raises (10/7.5 lbs, 15x, 4 sets) / squats with 20lb dumbbells (15x, 1 set) / bulgarian squats (15 lbs, 10x, 2 sets) / burpees (10x, 2 sets) / plank-to-push-up (10x, 2 sets)

standing curls (60lbs, 15x) / tricep dips (12x) / leg raises (20x), 3 sets

dumbbell curls (20lbs, 15x) / overhead tricep raises (30lbs, 15x), 2 sprints up and back, 3 sets

leg raises (20x)
