Workout

TRX push-ups (3 sets) / TRX rows (3 sets) / lunges (1 set)

Assisted pull-ups (3 sets) / push-ups (2 sets decline, 1 set normal)

dumbbell shoulder press (3 sets) / dumbbell lateral raise (3 sets) / lunges (1 set)

standing curls with curl bar (50/50/40lbs, 15x), tricep dips (12x), leg raises (20x), 3 sets

overhead triceps with dumbbells / standing curls with dumbbells, 3 sets

leg raises (15x), 3 sets
