40 minutes or so of upper body lifting, similar to last few Sundays. Did TRX pushups instead of the chest press machine.

Alternated TRX pushups with TRX rows, and then did some extra regular pushups.

Alternated shoulders with the lat pull machine. Did more shoulder stuff than usual: alternated dumbbell shoulder press (15x with 25 lbs) and dumbbell lateral raises (20x with 10 lbs).

Alternated curls (standing with 50lb curl bar), tricep dips, and lying leg raises.
