Overhead squat (10x @ 75lb)

Finisher:
Jump rope, double under

Notes & Thoughts:
Two new exercises today. I tried the double-under jump rope for 15-20 minutes, and only got it a few times for one hop. It helped to stand in front of a mirror, so I could see the difference when I jumped higher.

Overhead squat: hold a barbell above head, with shoulders and elbows locked, and do squats while holding it there.
